Just a short note to readers that the washington d. c. territorial quarters and the puerto rican territorial quarters are at the lowest production levels of all previous state quarters.if you are able to find some i suggest you pick some up and put them away.even at twenty dollars a roll for uncirculated rolls you will not be sorry down the road. when i hear of other great finds i will post them here at this blog for my readers so keep checking back.
